What It Is

The Founding Operator program is how AllDefiant grows — not through a centralized sales team, but through partnerships with people who already know their scene.

An Operator runs a territory. That territory can be defined by geography (a city, a region) or by scene (a genre, a community, a network). The Operator onboards artists, brings fans, and earns an ongoing share of the activity in their territory — recurring, for as long as the territory is active.

This isn't affiliate marketing, and it isn't a self-serve sign-up. Operators have real skin in the game, real ownership over their territory's growth, and residual economics that compound as the territory does.

Who This Is For

Priority is given to:

Working artists who want to extend what they're already doing into building a platform for their scene
Music industry people — promoters, venue operators, label runners, festival organizers, scene connectors
People with existing relationships in a specific city, genre, or community

Anyone without an existing network or scene connection
"Influencers" without a genuine music context

What Operators Earn

Operator economics are negotiated per partnership. The framework is built around:

Share of fan subscription revenue in your territory
Transaction fee share on all activity in your territory
Upline routing that persists regardless of chain depth

Specifics depend on territory scope, exclusivity, and the Operator's role. Every deal is a real agreement, not a template.
