An Operator runs a territory. That territory can be defined by geography (a city, a region) or by scene (a genre, a community, a network). The Operator onboards artists, brings fans, and earns from every transaction in their scope — recurring, for as long as that territory is active.

This isn't affiliate marketing. Operators have real skin in the game, real ownership over their territory's growth, and real residual economics that compound.
