These are the short terms that cover your application to the AllDefiant beta. They are deliberately brief: the full artist terms — the Beta Tester Agreement and the Artist Terms: License & Splits — are presented for your acceptance after approval, during onboarding, where you can actually read them properly. Nothing in your application grants AllDefiant any rights over your music.
You must be at least 18 years old and applying on your own behalf (or with authority to represent the act you're applying for). One application per artist is plenty — duplicates slow the review down.
Apply with your real identity and your own (or properly represented) music. Applications submitted with someone else's identity or work will be declined and may bar future applications.
If you're approved, you may see inside the platform — features, interfaces, numbers, and other artists — before you've signed the full Beta Tester Agreement. Everything you see that isn't already public on alldefiant.com is confidential: don't share, post, or describe it publicly until we launch. The full confidentiality terms (including how long they last) are in the Beta Tester Agreement you'll accept during onboarding; this clause is what covers the gap until then.
If you're approved, you'll set a password, sign in, and be walked through the full artist terms: what AllDefiant commits to you (no AI training on your music, no selling or syncing it without your consent, and more), what you attest to about your music, and exactly how the money splits. You accept those during onboarding — not here.
